Dr Chen is a graduate of Stanford University and served first as Resident and then as Chief Resident in Ophthalmology at St Vincent’s Hospital in Manhattan. He completed his fellowship in Cornea and External Disease at Devers Eye Institute in Portland Oregon, where he gained special training in advanced corneal surgeries such as Descemet’s Stripping Endothelial Keratoplasty (DSEK). He is available for consultation on all general ophthalmology issues as well as diseases of the cornea and anterior segment.
